Please ensure that there is someone available to receive your parcel. If you do have to leave your premises unattended, please issue clear, signed instructions in a prominent position, telling the carrier where they can leave your goods.
We're proud that over 99% of orders arrive on time and undamaged. However, accidents outside of our control do occasionally happen, so we kindly ask you to check your order before acknowledging receipt. If there's a problem, please indicate this clearly on the carrier's document and sign only for what you've received, e.g. "Incomplete - 2 parcels only received". Damaged parcels should be refused and signed as such, e.g. "1 parcel returned, damaged in transit". Please do not sign as "not inspected", "unchecked" or sign without checking the goods, because this may invalidate any subsequent claim. Any shortages or damages must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods for a valid claim.
